Photos and casual short-form social content, including UGC-style content, for your website and socials, showing the real people behind your business. Nobody has to act. Planning, shooting, editing and delivery are all handled in-house, and if a project needs extra crew we can talk it through. Reel Starter and Reel Collection are custom quotes.

A note on Products & Premises: this category covers either products or premises, including within the Full Story package. If you need both, or work beyond the listed scope, we’ll discuss coverage and any additional cost before booking.
Image counts are the total across chosen categories. Final scope is agreed through a shot list. Complex products, elaborate lighting and larger teams are quoted separately.

What every personal session includes, and how booking works. Listed prices are a guide for the inclusions shown. Additional requirements may affect the final price. Your accepted written quote is the final agreed price and will be used for your invoice.
What’s included in personal sessions
- Travel included within a 20-minute drive each way from Eglinton. Additional travel is quoted before booking.
- Edited galleries delivered within 2 weeks, except the Vehicle Sale Listing: 3 business days.
- I select the best images from the session.
- Image counts are fixed per package.
- Basic colour, exposure, cropping and light touch-ups included.
- Advanced retouching quoted separately before work starts.
- Private online gallery available for 4 weeks after delivery.
- Full-resolution JPEG downloads.
Booking, payment & cancellation
Booking confirmation and deposit
An enquiry does not hold a date. I check and approve availability first. Your date is held only after the quote is accepted, the 50% deposit has cleared and I send your booking confirmation. Quotes are valid for seven calendar days.
Remaining balance
The remaining 50% is due by the end of the shoot day, by bank transfer or cash.
Rescheduling
With at least 48 hours’ notice, you can reschedule once without a fee, subject to availability, and your deposit carries over to the new date. A further reschedule is treated as a cancellation and a new booking.
Client cancellations
- At least 48 hours’ notice: your deposit is refunded in full.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice, or not attending: the deposit is kept to cover the reserved time and preparation. The amount kept never exceeds the deposit paid.

Weather and unforeseen circumstances
For outdoor sessions, adverse weather or unsafe conditions may require a reschedule. Where possible, an alternative date is arranged at no additional booking fee. In emergencies or circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control, the situation is assessed individually and an appropriate outcome agreed, which may include rescheduling, credit or a refund where applicable.
Cancellation by Mevista Studios
If I need to cancel a booking, you’ll be offered a reschedule at a mutually suitable time or a refund for payments made for services not provided, as appropriate, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

I cover Perth and the surrounding regions, and I’m open to travelling further for the right project, with any extra travel costs discussed beforehand.
