    Plan it together

    We talk it through first: the kind of session, the location and what matters most to you. For business shoots we agree a shot list before the day so everything runs smoothly.

    • Travel is included within a 20-minute drive each way from Eglinton; anything further is quoted before you book
    • One location per session
    • Pricing is tailored to your shoot, so you’ll get a personalised quote

    Lock in your date

    An enquiry does not hold a date. I check and approve availability first. Your date is held only after the quote is accepted, the 50% deposit has cleared and I send your booking confirmation. Quotes are valid for seven calendar days.

    • Deposit counts towards your total
    • Everything in writing, so we’re on the same page

    Shoot day

    Turn up as you are. I’ll guide you where it helps and catch the real moments in between: the laughs, the chaos, the little details.

    • No need to know how to pose
    • The remaining 50% is due by the end of the shoot day, by bank transfer or cash

    Your gallery

    I choose the best shots from the session, give them a proper edit and send them your way.

    • Edited gallery within 2 weeks (Vehicle Sale Listing: 3 business days)
    • Basic colour, exposure, cropping and light touch-ups included
    • Full-resolution JPEG downloads
    • Private online gallery for 4 weeks after delivery

The steps are the same. What changes is the tone, and a few extra details for business shoots.

Families, pets, portraits and couples.

Let’s get to business.

  • We agree a shot list before the day so the shoot runs to plan
  • Larger projects, and photography and social content together, are quoted individually

2 weeks

Gallery delivery

Edited galleries within 2 weeks. Vehicle Sale Listing sessions are delivered within 3 business days.

4 weeks

Private gallery

Your private online gallery stays open for 4 weeks after delivery, with full-resolution JPEG downloads.

24 hrs

Reply time

I aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours. Availability varies with bookings, so there are no fixed opening hours.

Editing and image selection
  • Each session includes a set number of edited images, and I select the best of the session for you.
  • Basic colour, exposure, cropping and light touch-ups are included.
  • Advanced retouching is quoted separately before any work starts.
Booking confirmation and deposit

An enquiry does not hold a date. I check and approve availability first. Your date is held only after the quote is accepted, the 50% deposit has cleared and I send your booking confirmation. Quotes are valid for seven calendar days.

Paying the balance

The remaining 50% is due by the end of the shoot day, by bank transfer or cash.

Rescheduling

With at least 48 hours’ notice, you can reschedule once without a fee, subject to availability, and your deposit carries over to the new date. A further reschedule is treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

Cancellations
  • At least 48 hours’ notice: your deposit is refunded in full.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice, or not attending: the deposit is kept to cover the reserved time and preparation. The amount kept never exceeds the deposit paid.
  • The full wording is in the Terms and Conditions.
Weather and unforeseen circumstances

For outdoor sessions, adverse weather or unsafe conditions may mean we need to reschedule. Where possible, an alternative date is arranged at no additional booking fee.

In emergencies, or circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control, each situation is assessed individually and an appropriate outcome is agreed, which may include rescheduling, credit or a refund where applicable.

If Mevista Studios needs to cancel

If I need to cancel a booking, you’ll be offered the option to reschedule at a mutually suitable time or receive a refund for payments made for services not provided, as appropriate. Any refund is handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

I handle the planning, the shoot, the editing and the final delivery, which keeps the experience consistent and personal from the first email to the finished gallery. If a project calls for extra crew, that can be discussed case by case.

I enjoy working with different people, exploring new ideas and tailoring each shoot to suit the individual, the brand or the occasion. The aim is always the same: relaxed, collaborative and personal.
